Michael Kearson

Michael Kearson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and project controls. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Lumenor Consulting Group since December 2019, Michael previously held various leadership roles at HNTB from July 2016 to November 2019, including Atlanta Office Operations Manager and Program Operations Manager. Additional significant positions include Project Controls Manager and Sr. Project Manager at AECOM Tishman and Cost and Schedule Lead at HNTB. Michael began a career in project controls at Fluor, where roles included Project Controls - Sr. Scheduler and Project Manager. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida, attended from 1993 to 1997, and graduated from Orange Park High School in 1993.
