David Hellwarth

David Hellwarth has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. David started their career at Phoenix Avionics, where they served as VP & Chief Operating Officer from 1985 to 1987. David then joined Telequip Labs, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer & EVP, holding the position for over 13 years. Following that, they served as President & CFO at Reliant Systems, LLC from 2001 to 2003. From 2003 to 2008, they worked as a Self-Employed Business Systems Consultant, providing COO, CIO, and CFO services. David then joined MCD Innovations as Business Operations Manager (CFO/COO) from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they were self-employed again, providing COO, CIO, and CFO services through their company, Business Systems Consulting. David joined Menara Networks in 2012 as V.P. Finance & Corporate Controller, which was later acquired by IPG Photonics in 2016. At IPG Photonics, they held the roles of Controller, USA from 2016 to 2019 and Director of Operations from 2016 to 2022. Currently, they are working as Director of Operations at Lumentum, following the acquisition of Lumentum's telecom business lines by IPG Photonics.

David Hellwarth earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Northwood University, where they studied from 1982 to 1985. Prior to attending Northwood University, they completed their primary education at Zion Lutheran School from 1978 to 1981.
