Ghenet Michael

Ghenet Michael has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ghenet currently holds the position of Director, Operations & Program Management at Lumentum since 2021. Prior to this, they served as Senior Manager, Operations & Program Management at Lumentum from 2021 to 2023. Before joining Lumentum, Ghenet worked at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, as a Senior Manager from 2019 to 2021. Their earlier career was spent at Hewlett-Packard, where they held various roles including Supplier Quality Manager for ESSN from 2013 to 2019, Install Quality Program Manager for Enterprise Servers, Storage and Networking, Engineering Program Manager for HP Services from 2003 to 2010, and New Product Engineer for HP Services from 2000 to 2003.

Ghenet Michael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Walden University, which was obtained between 2004 and 2006. They also hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute- Rancho Cordova. In addition to their degrees, Ghenet Michael has obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2007.
