J.d. Pomposelli

J.D. Pomposelli has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Starting in 2004, they worked as an HR Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers until 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they held HR-related roles at Baylor Healthcare System and Samsung Telecommunications America. In 2012, they joined TGI Fridays as an HR Project Manager before transitioning to Beckman Coulter in 2014, where they served as a Senior Manager, focusing on Organizational Effectiveness and Global Talent Management. They then moved on to Charles River Laboratories in 2017 as an Associate Director of Global Talent Management. In 2019, they joined Cubic Corporation as the Director of Global Talent Management. Next, they worked at Neovia Logistics from 2020 to 2022, occupying the position of Director of Global Organizational Effectiveness. Currently, J.D. Pomposelli is at Lumentum, holding the role of Sr Director of Global Talent Management since 2022 and subsequently transitioning to the position of Vice President of Talent Management and Total Rewards in July 2023.

J.D. Pomposelli received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Organizational Leadership from The University of Texas at Dallas from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from The University of Texas at Dallas from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, J.D. Pomposelli studied Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Central Florida.
