Nadege Rebuffie

Nadege Rebuffie is a seasoned professional in optical telecommunications, currently serving as Senior OSA Design Manager at Lumentum since January 2019. In this role, Nadege oversees the end-to-end delivery of multiple new product introduction projects, establishing and developing a new R&D team, and ensuring successful design and manufacturing transitions in Asia. Prior experience includes a similar position at OCLARO where Nadege managed an R&D team focused on high-speed optical sub-assembly products and led the successful product transfer into production. Nadege's career at OCLARO also encompasses roles as a Product Engineer and Lead Design Engineer, contributing to notable products like the 100G TOSA and the CFP2 ACO. Earlier positions include consultancy at ALTEN, design and verification at Bookham, and an internship at Thales Communications. Nadege holds a Master's degree in Optical Telecommunication from Esigelec and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from IUT GEII.
