Julie Hammes leads the People and Culture team at Lumeris, ensuring they have the right talent doing the right things with the tools and incentives to be successful, while growing and engaging talent to maximize performance to achieve business goals. A tenured Human Resources executive and business-minded thought leader with diverse experience leading domestic and global HR functions, Julie brings a strong track record building organizational excellence and engaging a high performing workforce. Prior to her role with Lumeris, Julie had successful stints at Epiq Global, JP Morgan and Farmers Insurance.

Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kansas State University and a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Emporia State University.
