Scott Donnachie

Scott Donnachie has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Scott started their career as a Branch Personnel Administrator at Second National Bank of Warren in 1994. From 2002 to 2007, they served as the Director of Support and Implementation at GBS Computer Solutions, where they managed project managers, trainers, and support staff. Scott then joined FedComp as the Director of Technical Support from 2007 to 2010, overseeing a remote customer support call center and Implementations Department. Scott Donnachie worked at Henry Schein Medical Systems from 2010 to 2012, holding the position of Manager of Client Services, responsible for managing implementations, training, and help desk support. Currently, they are working at Lumeris as the Senior Director of Client Services since May 2021, and previously as the Director of Customer Support and Implementations since August 2012.

Scott Donnachie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Youngstown State University between 1986 and 1990.
