Sharalee Johnson, MBA, BSN, RN, CPHQ has a diverse background in healthcare and quality management. Sharalee currently works at Lumeris as a Quality Solutions Director, where they lead national teams in improving performance under risk-adjusted value-based contracts. Sharalee is responsible for quality reviews and initiatives for all accounts across the nation. Prior to Lumeris, they held various roles at Pulse8, LLC, including Product Owner, Director Quality Solutions, and Director of Customer Engagement. In these positions, they utilized their expertise in data analysis and software development to support product development, client engagement, and compliance objectives. Earlier in their career, they worked at Molina Healthcare as a National Director and National Manager in Medical Records Review. Sharalee's experience demonstrates their ability to drive business success, eliminate siloed operations, and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve objectives in the healthcare industry.

Sharalee Johnson holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Brigham Young University. Sharalee also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University. In addition to their degrees, Sharalee is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) obtained from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) in May 2023.
