Tommaso Gritti

Tommaso Gritti has a diverse work experience, starting as a Researcher in markerless motion capture in 2006 at I.S.P.G. Politecnico of Milan. Tommaso then transitioned to roles such as Consultant Contractor at Ecsa, working on traffic control technologies, and Visiting Researcher at the Laboratory of Intelligent Systems at EPFL, focusing on bio-inspired robots. Moving on to Philips Research, they held positions such as Research Scientist and Senior Scientist & Cluster Leader of Computer Vision, working on visible light communication and computer vision algorithms. At Philips Lighting, they took on roles like Project Leader Connected Luminaires and Sr. Global Consumer Marketing Manager, leading projects and launching products globally. Tommaso later joined What About Leo as Co-Founder and Chief Eating Officer before moving to BrainCreators, where they held positions such as AI Solutions Lead, Chief Solutions Officer, and Chief Product Officer. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Head of AI at LUMICKS from 2022 onwards.

Tommaso Gritti began their education at Liceo Scientifico Lorenzo Mascheroni from 1994 to 1999, where they completed their High School degree with a focus on Mathematics, Science, Literature, etc. Following this, they pursued a MSc in Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Math and Physics at Politecnico di Milano from 1999 to 2005, graduating cum Laude. Additionally, in 1997 to 1998, they attended Oak Park High School, focusing on similar subjects during that time.
