Zeynep Yildirim

Zeynep Yildirim has extensive experience in customer success and support roles. Zeynep began their career in 2012 as a Management Consultant for Chocolate Indulgence. Zeynep then worked as a Customer Care Officer for airfrance industries klm from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they became a Sales Consultant for Bureau van Dijk - A Moody's Analytics Company. In 2017, they took on the role of Customer Success Account Manager for AppDynamics, which was acquired by Cisco. From 2018 to 2022, they worked for Instana, which was acquired by IBM, in roles such as Global Director of Customer Success Management and Technical Customer Success Manager, EMEA. In 2022, they became the Global Director of Customer Success & Support for Lumigo and the Director of Customer Success I EMEA for Digital.ai.

Zeynep Yildirim obtained their Abitur from Johann-Schöner-Gymnasium in 2010. Zeynep then attended Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in European Economic Studies in 2013. Zeynep then attended Middlesex University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 2013 and a Master of Science in Financial Management in 2014.
