Caroline Prayogo

Caroline Prayogo has extensive experience in supply chain management and planning across multiple renowned companies. Currently serving as Lead Category Management and previously as Planning Specialist at Orica since August 2017, Caroline manages global sales forecasts and inventory optimization projects while collaborating with various regional teams. At Lumileds, as Supply Planning Manager since May 2015, Caroline focuses on supply-demand matching within the sales and operation planning process. Previous roles include Master Planner at Xilinx Asia Pacific Pte Ltd and Senior Demand Planner at AMD, where Caroline was instrumental in demand planning, system implementation, and inventory management. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Trisakti.
