Jia Qu

Jia Qu has extensive experience in process engineering, currently serving as Manager of AE and Staff Engineer of PECVD & Dry Etch at Lumileds since August 2015. Previously, Jia Qu held the position of Senior Process Engineer at AAC Technologies, where responsibilities included developing dry etch recipes for MEMS microphones and qualifying new tools. Prior experience includes Senior Process Engineer roles at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and Process Engineer at SMIC, focusing on etch process ownership and process control methodologies. Jia Qu's career began as a Process Engineer at Petrochina Tarim Oilfield Company, emphasizing organosilicon processes. Jia Qu earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 2004.
