Blaine's earliest work experience was as a Special Events Manager at Pepsi Cola of Roseburg. During this time, they coordinated and set up portable soda machines at various summer events in Douglas County, representing Pepsi-Cola in a positive manner.

Blaine Bartholomew has a solid education history. Blaine pursued a Graduate Degree in Banking from Pacific Coast Banking School from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Southern Oregon University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Blaine also attended Western Oregon University from 2001 to 2002, although they did not obtain a degree from there.
