Sierra Anderson, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning from an Office Manager at Gilbert Primary Care to their current role at Lumina Vision Partners as Director of Human Resources. Sierra started their career at Gilbert Primary Care where they supervised front desk operations, billing operations, and medical records operations. Sierra then joined CFO Financial Services, LLC as a payroll manager where they reorganized office systems and streamlined new-hire processes. Sierra then took on the role of Benefits Advisor at Zenefits where they redesigned proposal layouts and coached and trained Associate Benefits Advisors. Sierra then joined Spear Education as an HR Generalist where they conducted annual benefits analysis and evaluated and implemented the company's HCM system. Sierra's next stint was with Mark-Taylor, Inc. where they completed and advised on annual competitive benefits and compensation analysis, implemented and administered HRIS system, and created and implemented new employee handbook and policies in English and Spanish. Sierra then joined Gen4 Dental Partners as People Operations Manager where they led various HR initiatives. Currently, Sierra is the Director of Human Resources at Lumina Vision Partners.

Sierra Anderson, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Arizona State University between 2012-2015. In 2015, they were also licensed as an Accident/Health/Life Producer by the Arizona Department of Insurance. Sierra went on to obtain the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in 2017 and the Employee Experience certification from LinkedIn in 2018.
