Charles Major

Charles Major serves as President at The Community of Human and Organizational Learning since June 2015 and has held various roles at Luminant since September 2006, currently as Director of Operational Excellence and Human Performance. Additionally, Charles Major is the President of HPRCT since June 2016 and was Regional Manager for the Manufacturing Extension Partnership from September 2003 to October 2004, a NIST certified consulting group focused on enhancing manufacturers' global competitiveness using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Charles Major holds a Master's degree in Organization Dynamics and Leadership Concentration and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Manufacturing Engineering, both from Western Kentucky University.
