Sameer Ladiwala

Sameer Ladiwala currently serves as the Sr. Vice President, Finance & Chief Accounting Officer at Alphawave Semi since July 2024 and is also a Board Member at Maitri, an award-winning non-profit organization. Previously, Sameer held the position of Sr. Vice President, Finance & Chief Accounting Officer at Luminar Technologies from September 2021 to July 2024, overseeing FP&A, Corporate Accounting, Treasury, and Tax functions. Sameer has extensive experience in finance leadership roles at Arm, Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, and Intersil Corporation, with responsibilities including corporate controllership, strategic transactions, and process improvement initiatives. A former Senior Manager at PwC, Sameer has worked with a diverse range of clients in the technology sector across global markets. Sameer obtained an MBA with distinction from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and holds a B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University.
