Cheryl Burke is a seasoned professional in customer service operations with extensive experience in the benefits management industry. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service Operations at Luminare Health since December 2023, Cheryl previously held various leadership roles at CoreSource (now Trustmark Health Benefits) from November 2012 to November 2023, including Associate Director and Senior Manager. Prior to that, Cheryl worked at FMH Benefit Services in multiple capacities from December 2006 to November 2012, starting as Claims Supervisor. Earlier career positions included Auditing & Training Manager at American Administrative Group, Migration Team Lead and Claims Supervisor at Gallagher Benefit Services, and Accounting Department Manager at FMH Benefit Services. With a career spanning more than three decades, Cheryl Burke has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence and customer service.
