Adam Griffith has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Adam started their career as a Financial Analyst at BRW Magazine in 2004, where they successfully implemented a new methodology for individual valuations in the Rich 200 edition. Adam then joined Luminary in 2004 as a Project Manager, eventually moving up to the role of General Manager. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director of Luminary, focusing on providing digital strategy advice and helping clients maximize their digital investments. In addition, Adam is also associated with The Webby Awards as a Webbys Judge and an Associate Member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS), where they evaluate and judges entries in website, app, and extended reality categories.

Adam Griffith's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science & Finance from the University of Melbourne, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Albury High School from 1995 to 2000, where they focused on 4 Unit Mathematics, English, Modern History, Physics, and Chemistry. In 2020, Adam also completed a Mini MBA in Marketing through Marketing Week. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Kentico Xperience 13 Certified Marketer, Section4 Certified Data & Analytics, Section4 Certified Innovation Strategist, Section4 Certified Product Strategist, Prof G Certified Strategist, Football Australia C Senior Coaching Licence, and Kontent.ai Business Qualification.
