Aj Henry

AJ Henry currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Luminary Hospice since December 2024. Previously, AJ held the same title at Landmark Recovery from July 2022 to November 2024, where management of talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations for a $200 million company was key, particularly during mergers and acquisitions. Prior roles include Principal HR Business Partner at Amazon, overseeing global fleet and product team HR operations; Regional HR Director at Lowe's, managing HR for over 15,000 associates across 104 locations; and various HR positions at Target, contributing significantly to workforce planning and culture enhancement across multiple retail outlets. AJ began a career in HR as a Generalist at Cargill Meat Solutions. AJ holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Management and Human Resources from The University of Kansas and is pursuing an MBA with a focus on Project Management at Mississippi State University.
