Heidi Hayes currently serves as President of Luminary Life Sciences, which provides comprehensive life science services aimed at supporting patients throughout their reproductive health journey. With extensive experience in the fertility and healthcare sectors, Heidi has held significant roles including Co-Founder and CEO of Donor Egg Bank USA, where innovative vitrification technology was utilized to launch an international frozen donor egg bank. Additional leadership positions include Executive Vice President at Generate Life Sciences, Regional Executive Director at IntegraMed, and Regional Operations Director at DaVita, overseeing substantial operations and financial responsibilities.
