Elise Tillet-Dagousset

Elise Tillet-Dagousset serves as the Lead Campaigns and Media at Luminate since August 2022. Prior to this role, Elise was the Research & Advocacy Director at ASEAN Parliamentarians for Human Rights (APHR) from July 2019 to July 2022, where strategic leadership was provided in various initiatives related to climate change, democracy, freedom of religion, and the rights of refugees and migrants. Additional experience includes positions as a Legal Consultant at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, Myanmar Campaigner at Amnesty International, Consultant at the Cambodian Center for Human Rights, Advocacy and Legal Officer at Burma Partnership, Human Rights Field Officer at Peace Brigades International, and Human Rights Legal Officer at Barreau de Paris. Elise holds multiple degrees in International Law, International Public Law, and International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of Kent.
