Brett Moffatt

Brett Moffatt is the Co-Founder and CEO of Luminate, beginning in March 2021, where a focus on innovative talent planning offers an "always on" approach to human capital. Prior to Luminate, Brett served as Managing Director EMEA and Asia at Talent Intelligence from January 2005 to March 2021, specializing in talent planning and human capital risk management. Additionally, Brett held various leadership roles at Hudson, including Director and Associate Director for Career Management in Europe, where responsibilities encompassed sales and service delivery across multiple countries. Early experience includes a tenure at Colonial First State as Group Training Manager, overseeing learning and development programs. Brett holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Science from Deakin University and a Master of Business in Organisation Development from Swinburne University of Technology.
