Alvaro Vinegra

Alvaro Vinegra has held a variety of roles in the technology industry. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Alalza as a Group Coordinator and Network Administrator, where they achieved a 99.95% customer satisfaction rating and kept Alalza as a top ranked support supplier within Telefonica's supplier ranking. In 2017, they moved to Apple, where they worked as a Specialist until 2018, when they were promoted to Technical Specialist. In 2019, they joined Luminet as a Network Operations Center Supervisor and Network Operations Center Engineer, where they provided level 2 support and troubleshooting, as well as performing network updates and optimization tests.

Alvaro Vinegra completed their Certificate of Higher Education in telecommunications and computer systems from La Inmaculada PP Escolapios in 2012. Since then, they have obtained several certifications, including Windows 10 Anniversary Update from LinkedIn in November 2019, Palo Alto Networks ACE from Palo Alto Networks in January 2019, Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1: Certified Associate and Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 2: Certified Associate from Fortinet in July 2021, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco in May 2019.
