Amy Atsumi

Amy Atsumi has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Amy is currently the Head of Human Resources for the North America division of DiaSorin. In this role, they oversee all aspects of HR including compensation/benefits, talent acquisition and development, HRBP consultation, employee relations, and HR information management. Amy also holds the position of Head of Human Resources at DiaSorin Molecular LLC, Luminex Corporation - A DiaSorin Company, and DiaSorin Inc. Prior to their roles at DiaSorin, Amy worked at Dell Technologies, where they held various HR leadership positions including Vice President of HR - Global Sales and Vice President of HR - Americas. Amy also served as a Director, leading organizational design and development efforts, and as a Senior HR Manager supporting sales operations and regional leadership. Before joining Dell, Amy worked at Hilton Worldwide in various HR roles including Regional Director of Succession Management, Director of Workforce Planning, HR Business Partner, Training Manager, Catering Sales Manager, and Food and Beverage Manager.

Amy Atsumi earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from UC San Diego, completing their studies from 1989 to 1993.
