Paul Crisp

Paul Crisp has a diverse work experience in the lighting industry, with a focus on business development, management, and leadership roles. Paul is currently the General Manager for Luminii, where they are responsible for expanding the company's presence in international markets. In addition, they are the Managing Director for Remote Controlled Lighting, Precision Lighting Ltd, and CrispClear Ltd, where they provide consultancy and interim leadership services to SME manufacturing companies, particularly in the LED lighting sector.

Paul has also served as the Interim CEO of the Lighting Industry Association, where they implemented organizational restructuring and improved financial clarity. Paul was the Sales Director for Soraa, leading the EMEA Sales Team and participating in the acquisition of the company by Ecosense. Earlier in their career, Paul held leadership positions at Fern-Howard Ltd, Carclo Technical Plastics Ltd, and Spirit Circuits Group, where they focused on operational management and prepared the businesses for sale.

In addition to their work in the lighting industry, Paul was also a co-owner of Alie Crisp of Not Just Travel, offering travel agency services.
