Eman Nayef Bakheet

Eman Nayef Bakheet has a strong background in project management, with experience in various industries. Eman is currently working as the Head of Project Management Office at Luminus Education Group since 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Luminus Group as a Project Manager from 2018 to 2023, where they handled projects for clients such as USAID, U.S Department of state, UNHCR, EU, GIZ. In addition, they also served as a Projects Coordinator at Luminus Group from 2018 to 2019, where they established standardized policies, procedures, and templates and prepared presentations for upper management. Before joining Luminus Group, Eman worked as a Planning Engineer at Arabtec Construction LLC from 2015 to 2017, where they prepared reports, coordinated between departments, and updated project schedules using Primavera P6.

Eman Nayef Bakheet has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Construction Management from Coventry University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Jordan, from 2010 to 2015. Their educational journey began with a Tawjihi degree from Modern Systems School in 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Eman has obtained several certifications including Power BI from LinkedIn, Level 7 in Professional Consulting and Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership from Chartered Management Institute, and BREEAM AG from BRE. Eman also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in July 2020.
