Shelby Hanks

Shelby Hanks has extensive work experience in the dental field. Shelby started their career as a Dental Assistant at Dr. Ron Winder's practice in 2000 and worked there until 2007. Shelby then joined Winters Dental Excellence as a Dental Assistant, where they were the lead assistant for the entire office. However, they had to leave the job due to scheduling conflicts.

In 2010, Shelby worked as a Dental Sales Rep for two different dental groups and health services companies based in Oklahoma City and Chicago. Their responsibilities included dental assistant duties, marketing, dental recruiting, and doctor relations. Shelby also traveled throughout Oklahoma, meeting with administrators to sign facilities up for dental/vision/podiatry plans and handling the paperwork for Medicaid documentation.

From 2012 to 2018, Shelby worked as a Business Advisor & Transition Consultant at Jaquay Enterprise. Their role involved providing advice and assistance to dental practices looking to sell or buy, as well as helping them plan for successful transitions.

In 2018, Shelby became the Office Manager at Nowlin Orthodontics, where they worked until 2020. Shelby then moved on to become the Office Manager at a Dental Practice in 2020, and later transitioned to the role of Business Development and Project Management at Lumio Dental in 2021.

Shelby Hanks began their education at Union High School, where they obtained their diploma in Basic studies in the years 2001 to 2003. After high school, they attended the Tulsa Technology Center from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Dental Assisting with a focus on Dental studies.

Following their time at the Tulsa Technology Center, Shelby enrolled at Tulsa Community College from 2003 to 2004. During this period, they pursued a degree in Basics.

In 2005, Shelby Hanks joined the University of Oklahoma and attended the institution until 2007. Although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned, it can be inferred that they furthered their educational pursuits in a subject of their interest at the university.

Recently, in June 2022, Shelby acquired a certification in Project Management from Tulsa Community College.
