Stacia Edmond

Stacia Edmond has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stacia is currently the Director of Recruiting at Lumio Dental, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Cascade Financial Services as the Sr. Director of Recruiting & Talent Strategy from 2021 to 2023.

From 2019 to 2021, Stacia served as the Director of Recruiting and Learning & Development at Southwest Behavioral & Health Services. In this role, they were responsible for various recruitment activities, including developing recruitment processes, managing full cycle recruiting, and implementing new ATS and HCM systems. Additionally, they oversaw talent development initiatives such as training programs, employee orientation, and leadership coaching.

Before joining Southwest Behavioral & Health Services, Stacia worked at Pacific Dental Services as the Regional Manager of Talent Development/Regional Recruiting Manager from 2015 to 2019. Here, they managed the development and execution of effective recruiting strategies and established school partnerships for proactive recruiting efforts.

Prior to that, Stacia held the role of Education and Training Manager at Take Charge America, Inc. from 2013 to 2015. Stacia designed and managed extensive training programs and was responsible for hiring, training, and developing team members.

Stacia's earlier work experience includes roles at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah Insurance Exchange as a Problem Management specialist from 2012 to 2013, and at Take Charge America, Inc. as part of the Education and Training team from 2010 to 2012.

Stacia began their career in 2006 as a High School English Teacher, Trainer, and Dual Head Sports Coach at Tolleson Union High School District. Stacia successfully taught and mentored students below grade level and conducted teacher trainings.

Throughout their career, Stacia has demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent development, program design and management, and training delivery. Stacia has also showcased strong leadership skills and a commitment to employee engagement and retention.

Stacia Edmond holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration and Sports Management from Kent State University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at Northern Arizona University.
