Dr Bingjun Zhang

Dr. Bingjun Zhang currently serves as a Pre-sessional EAP Tutor at the University of Southampton, delivering tailored English for Academic Purposes courses and providing academic support. With extensive experience as an Academic Advisor at Minhand Education Group Limited and as a Tutor at Lumist, Dr. Zhang specializes in guiding postgraduate students through research methodologies, literature reviews, and dissertation writing. Previous positions include Academic Officer at the UK Curriculum and Accreditation Body, where operational coordination and student support were key responsibilities, and Doctoral Researcher at the University of Birmingham, focusing on communication strategies in language learners. Dr. Zhang holds a PhD in English language and linguistics from the University of Birmingham, an MA in Education from UCL, and a BA in English language from Southeast University, complemented by a certificate from the University of Tartu's Summer School in Corpus Linguistics.
