Matt Clements, PMP

Matt Clements, PMP has over six years of professional experience in the engineering and project management industries. In 2019, they began working as a Project Engineer at Lumitex, Inc. From 2016 to 2019, they were a New Product Engineer at Vancive Medical Technologies - Avery Dennison, where they managed a variety of projects ranging from new product development, design and raw material changes, quick-to-market project turnaround, and mix & match combinations. From 2015 to 2016, they were a QA Engineer at Vancive Medical Technologies, and participated as a team member of cross-functional development teams. In 2014, they worked as an Advanced Engineering Co-op at US Endoscopy, where they actively participated in multiple product development teams and designed numerous unique product test fixtures. In 2013, they worked as an Advanced Engineering Co-op and Quality Engineering Co-op at US Endoscopy, where they helped organize and initiate a microbiological control program and ran validation testing on various products. Additionally, in 2013 they volunteered as a Research Assistant at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where they assisted with data compilation and used 8- and 16-bit images of dental implants and jaws to calculate changes in bone densities.

Matt Clements, PMP completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2015. In 2021, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
