Ricardo O. DeJesús Hdz

Ricardo O. DeJesús Hdz has a long history of work experience in various roles. Ricardo O. began their career in 1998 as a Program Manager at Flex-N-Gate. In 2003, they moved to UFE Incorporated, El Paso Tx as a Plant Operations Manager. In 2009, they became a Manufacturing & Engineering Manager at Eaton. In 2013, they were Plant Manager at TecnoStamp. In 2015, they were Managing Director at Brand Kern Liebers M\u00e9xico, where they were responsible for P&L, business plan, business development, leading construction activities, designing process flow and material handling, working with suppliers, and moving operations from two different locations to a new facility. Most recently, in 2019, they were Plant General Manager at Lumitex, Inc.

Ricardo O. DeJesús Hdz received their Industrial Engineer degree from Tecnologico de Puebla between 1996 and 2000, majoring in their field of study. Ricardo O. then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tecnologico de Monterrey between 2010 and 2013. In 2018, they completed their MBA in Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
