Johanna Chitiva Maldonado

Johanna Chitiva Maldonado currently serves as a Fund Manager at Lumni, overseeing the implementation of the rumBo scholarship program managed by the Fundación Grupo Bancolombia. Johanna is also a Co-Founder of Virgo Education and has extensive experience in educational project coordination and pedagogy, including roles as a Project Coordinator at Coschool and a Pedagogical Advisor for the Programa Aulas en Paz. Additional experience includes evaluating educational strategies for the Colombian Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications and engaging in curriculum design with the Centro Latinoamericano del Propósito. Johanna holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Management and Educational Evaluation from Universidad Santo Tomás and specialized training at Georgetown University, focusing on leading educational change.
