Andrew Chafer Pls, Cfeds

Andrew Chafer, PLS, CFedS, currently serves as Project Manager at Lumos & Associates since April 2023. Previously, Andrew held the position of Supervising Land Surveyor at Santa Clara Valley Water District from January 2018 to April 2023, and prior to that, worked as Senior Survey Project Manager at Tetra Tech. Andrew's extensive experience includes roles such as Associate Principal/Senior Project Manager and Senior Project Surveyor at Sandis, as well as Senior Surveyor at RJA, and Land Surveyor at MH Engineering and Lea & Sung Engineering. Andrew's expertise encompasses a wide range of surveying tasks including project management, cost estimation, and preparation of legal descriptions and maps. Education was completed at San Jose State University from 1999 to 2005.
