Loro Chichportich has worked in the technical support and quality assurance field for various companies since 2005. At Lumos Global, Loro currently serves as the Technical Support Manager-T3 managing support for multiple territories. Prior to this, Loro led testing teams at Logic Industries Ltd., focusing on homeland security systems, and was responsible for defining tests and building testing infrastructures at Comverse for billing products.
