Yizhak Sabba

Yizhak Sabba is a highly experienced engineering professional, currently serving as Principal Process Engineer at Lumotive since January 2022, focusing on copper integration for Liquid Crystal Metasurfaces (LCM). Previously, at SkyWater Technology Foundry, Yizhak held the position of Principal Process Integration Engineer, specializing in copper back end of line integration and advanced packaging. Prior roles include Staff Process Engineer at Applied Materials, where Yizhak developed CVD ALD processes for sub-5nm nodes, and positions at TowerJazz and other companies specializing in semiconductor process engineering and development. Yizhak's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the Weizmann Institute of Science, a postdoctoral degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
