Tom Graver

Tom Graver has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Tom worked at Luna Innovations Incorporated as Vice President from 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they worked at Micron Optics, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer from 2015 to 2018, Senior Vice President of Global Sales from 2013 to 2015, and held various other roles focusing on business development and strategic relationships. Before joining Micron Optics, Graver worked at the Georgia Institute of Technology where they held positions such as Manufacturing Consultant, Director of Operations, and Assistant Director. Tom also worked at Cincinnati Milacron as a Senior Systems Engineer, focusing on the design of automated manufacturing systems.

Tom Graver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which they completed from 1979 to 1984. Tom further pursued their education at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Systems Analysis, Industrial Engineering, and Operations Research from 1986 to 1987. Later, they completed their MBA in Manufacturing Management at the same institution from 1992 to 1994.
