Charlotte Zhang

Charlotte Zhang has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Charlotte started their career as a Designer at the China-Holland Educational Competence and Knowledge Center on IT, where they worked on visualizing seismic data and organizing events. Charlotte then worked as a UI Designer at Fujian Zhongyouke Technique company, followed by a role as a Web Developer at Shine Technology Co. Ltd, where they developed a Company Operation Support System for a major investment bank in China.

Charlotte also worked as a UX Designer at The University of Edinburgh, where they launched a web app for locating facilities in libraries. Charlotte then worked as a Freelance Graphic and Web Designer at Memrise, where they focused on marketing graphic design, email campaign templates, app store graphics, and blog post templates. Charlotte later joined Vungle as a Frontend Web Developer, where they designed and implemented HTML5 ad experiences and created tools to streamline production work.

Charlotte's next role was as a Freelance Illustrator at Memrise, and they then worked as a Senior Frontend designer/developer at Moixa. Currently, they are working as the Customer App Dev Team Lead at Lunar Energy. Throughout their career, Charlotte has demonstrated a strong skill set in design, development, and project management.

Charlotte Zhang completed an Advanced Master of Science (MSc) in Design informatics from The University of Edinburgh from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design from Xiamen University from 2010 to 2014.
