Kathie van Vugt has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Kathie started their career as the Co-Founder and Business Manager of irevenuestream.com in 2011. Kathie then served as the Company Secretary for rivusTV Ltd, where they established governance, accountability, and risk frameworks. After that, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Spondo, a video streaming platform. In this role, they introduced a strategic roadmap for transformation and expansion.
In 2013, Kathie joined AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as the Head of Governance and Secretariat. Kathie led the delivery of governance and secretariat services to various regulatory boards and committees and optimized workflow systems.
