David Thompson

David Thompson is a seasoned safety professional with extensive experience in construction and environmental safety management. Currently serving as Safety Manager at Lunda Construction Company since June 2022, David is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards and conducting incident investigations. Previously, David worked as a Construction Safety & Quality Field Auditor at NPL Construction Co., where responsibilities included auditing field operations and providing on-site coaching. David’s earlier roles include Safety Associate at Veolia North America, where environmental and health safety programs were administered, and various safety engineering roles with Mortenson, highlighting significant solar project initiatives. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
