Sheila Colman

Sheila Colman is the VP, Legal & Corporate Secretary at Lundin Gold. Sheila has over 25 years of experience in the legal field. Sheila has worked as a lawyer for both Labatt Breweries of Canada and Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Sheila has also been a part-time professor at the Schulich School of Business, where they taught introductory business law courses to MBA and BBA students. In their current role at Lundin Gold, Sheila is responsible for the legal affairs of the company and for corporatesecretarial matters.

Sheila Colman attended Queen's University for both their Bachelor of Laws and B.A.(H). Sheila has certification from competent boards in ESG global competent boards designation.

Sheila Colman reports to Ron F. Hochstein, President, CEO & Director. They work with Andre Oliveira - VP, Exploration, Alessandro Bitelli - EVP & CFO, and Iliana Rodriguez - VP, Human Resources.
