Jacinta Zaleski

Jacinta Zaleski is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in the mining industry and leadership coaching. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Lundin Mining Corporation since July 2021, Jacinta oversees HR for the Josemaria Project in Argentina following the company's acquisition of Josemaria Resources Inc. in April 2022. Prior to this role, Jacinta operated Jacinta Zaleski Coaching & Consulting, providing project-based HR consulting, leadership coaching, and team development services from September 2018 to June 2021. Jacinta's extensive experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Eldorado Gold Corporation, managing global HR functions for a workforce of up to 5,000, and holding HR roles at Sino Gold Mining Limited, Gold Fields Ltd., and BHP Billiton.
