Anders Almgren

Anders Almgren has held prominent positions in public service and governance, including the role of Kommunstyrelsens ordförande at Lunds kommun since November 2006 and serving as 2:e vice ordförande in the same organization. In addition to these roles, Anders Almgren is the current ordförande of Svenskt Vatten and a board member at Greater Copenhagen and Skånes Kommuner. Furthermore, leadership roles include ordförande and vice ordförande at Lunds Rådhus AB and participation as ersättare in the beredningen för samhällsbyggnad for Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner. Anders Almgren also contributes as a board member for Science Village Scandinavia AB, with prior experience on the board of Greater Copenhagen. The educational background includes a civilingenjörsexamen in Väg- och vattenbyggnadsteknik from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, obtained between 1990 and 1996.
