Marianne Andersson

Marianne Andersson is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in organizational development and management of HR functions. Currently serving as HR-chef at Lunds kommun since August 2020, Marianne oversees the HR department alongside two unit managers and reports directly to the management director. Previous roles include HR chef at Region Skåne from June 2013 to July 2020, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team within the Medical Service administration, and Personalchef at Labmedicin Skåne. Additional experience includes working as a Personalspecialist at Skånes universitetssjukhus, enabling expertise in labor law and recruitment, as well as earlier positions in leadership and sales. Marianne holds a degree in Personal- och arbetsfrågor from Lund University.
