Ashni Natali

Ashni Natali is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People Lead for Tech and Product across APAC, SA, and the UK at Luno, as well as a Senior People Partner for Engineering in the same regions. In addition to contributions at Luno, Ashni is involved in startup ideation at Liowpia and works as a CSI Youth Development Partner at Shakai, focusing on youth development solutions. Previous experience includes strategic roles at Alexander Forbes, where Ashni collaborated on HR initiatives and employee benefits consulting, and various HR positions at Edcon, managing the employee lifecycle in a unionized setting. Ashni holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
