James Emslie

James Emslie is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Director at Luno since December 2019, after progressing from the role of Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to this, James Emslie was with ENSafrica from January 2015 to December 2019, where roles included Senior Associate, Associate, and Candidate Attorney in Corporate & Commercial law. Educationally, James Emslie holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from UCL and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Cape Town, where also served as a Teaching and Research Assistant in the Law Faculty in 2014.
