Ruth Blättler-Egli

Ruth Blättler-Egli has over 30 years of professional experience in various HR roles and other business functions. Ruth started their career with Luzerner Kantonalbank AG in 1991, where they completed a Commercial Apprenticeship and worked as a Co-ordinator for Information Systems. In 1996, they joined ISL Marketing AG as an Assistant to the Managing Director Licensing. Ruth then moved to Kuoni in 2000, working as an Overseas Representative and Area Manager until 2003. Thereafter, they worked at WAS wira Luzern as a Personnel Consultant from 2004 to 2007. Ruth then joined ricardo.ch as an HR Assistant from 2007 to 2010. Ruth then transitioned to Shell (Switzerland) AG in 2010 as an HR Business Partner until 2015. Finally, they joined Lupin, where they held several roles from 2015 to the present, culminating in their current position as Associate Director / HR Lead EMEA, managing all HR processes in the region.

Ruth Blättler-Egli completed their Commercial Apprenticeship at KV Luzern Berufsakademie in 1994. Ruth then pursued a Certified Swiss social security advisor certification at KBZ Kaufmännisches Bildungszentrum Zug in 2011. Ruth later obtained a HR Professional with Swiss Federal Certificate at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW in 2006. Currently, they are working towards a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at the same institution, expected to be completed in 2023.
