Upkar Bhardwaj has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in portfolio management and strategy development. Upkar has held various leadership roles at companies such as Lupin, Celularity Inc., and G&W Laboratories. Prior to that, they gained valuable expertise in research and development at companies like Novartis and Shionogi Inc. Upkar'sbackground encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from formulation project leadership to manufacturing clinical supplies, demonstrating their breadth of knowledge in the field.

Upkar Bhardwaj completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business in 2018. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a PhD in Pharmaceutics from the University of Connecticut between 2003 and 2009. Upkar also holds a M Pharm. in Pharmacology from Delhi University, which they completed between 1999 and 2001.
