Jonathan Oxley

Jonathan Oxley is a seasoned legal professional and consultant currently serving as the Chairperson of Lupton Fawcett LLP, a role held since April 2020 after previously being the Managing Partner. With extensive experience in advising on business ownership structures and shareholder agreements, Jonathan also holds governance positions at Ashville College as a Governor and as a Board Trustee for Henshaws. Prior roles include Partner at Lupton Fawcett LLP, Chairman of the IoD Yorkshire, Company Secretary at White Rose Technology Limited, and Senior Partner at Lee & Priestley LLP. Jonathan began their career as a Solicitor at Gouldens in London after earning a Law degree from the University of Nottingham.
