Samantha Hirst

Samantha Hirst is an experienced civil litigator with a strong focus on contentious probate and personal injury law. Currently serving as a Contentious Probate Associate at Lupton Fawcett LLP since December 2020, Samantha has also held various roles at Ridley and Hall since 2013, including Associate Solicitor and Personal Injury and Contentious Probate Litigator. Samantha's expertise encompasses serious road traffic accidents, trip/slip claims, and specialized knowledge in cycling accidents and workplace incidents. Prior to these roles, Samantha worked as a Legal Assistant Paralegal at Minster Law, handling fast track road traffic accident claims. Samantha holds an LLB (Hons) degree in Law from the University of Staffordshire.
