Brea Strong

Brea Strong is a Program Manager for Collaborative Care at Mercy, with a significant background in mental health and integrated care models. Since June 2018, Brea has led the development and implementation of the Collaborative Care Management model, managed data analysis, and organized multi-state expansion initiatives. Brea also holds the position of Curriculum Developer and Subject Matter Expert at Western Governors University, focusing on behavioral health programs. As a Lupus Support Group Facilitator for the Lupus Foundation of America, Brea provides support to individuals affected by lupus. Previous experience at SSM Health St. Louis included leadership roles in inpatient behavioral health, where Brea managed a large team, developed programming, and served on various committees. Brea possesses advanced degrees in Business Administration and Social Work, complemented by a Bachelor's in Psychology and Sociology.
